What data we process
We may process identity and contact data (name, company, email), the content of messages sent through site forms, technical browsing data and consent preferences for cookies and similar tools. For platform users, processing also covers data needed to provide the service (accounts, roles, access logs and operational content uploaded in the tenant).
Purposes and legal bases
We use the data to answer contact or demo requests, to provide and protect the service, to meet legal duties and, where consent is required, for technical measures such as statistics or marketing cookies. We do not sell personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
Retention and rights
We keep data for as long as needed for those purposes and for legal obligations. You can exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
