What it includes

Protected public channel

A dedicated portal for submitting a report and any follow-up messaging, accessed with an identifier and secret code, with no account required.

Encryption of sensitive data

The most sensitive fields of the case, reporter, messages and attachments are encrypted with keys dedicated to each tenant.

Case management with separate roles

Assignment, investigation, conflicts of interest and deadlines are handled in a panel reserved for specific roles: manager, investigator, oversight body, auditor.

Retention and anonymisation

An automated process moves a case from closed to retention and finally to anonymisation, respecting any legal hold and the configured retention period.

How it works

The investigation proceeds
